Tapioca Flour, Sweet Rice Flour, Millet Flour, Baking Powder, Xanthan Gum, Spices.
PREHEAT oven to 450 F and oil a pizza pan/cookie sheet and set aside.
COMBINE one bag of Montebella’s Gluten Free Pizza Crust Mix thoroughly with 1 tbsp. olive oil plus
1 cup of hot water (this makes the dough easier to spread).
SPREAD dough into a 12” circle onto prepared pan/cookie sheet.*
*NOTES: Lightly coat your hands with oil/non-stick spray before spreading.
Spreading crust larger than a 12-13" circle (or ~3/4 of a typical cookie sheet) will result in a cracker-like crust.
BAKE crust for 10-11 minutes, remove from the oven and add sauce/toppings of your choice, then
bake for an additional 10 minutes.
SERVE Remove from the oven, slice, and enjoy!
